Terms of Use for Instasino Casino: What Applies to You
These terms describe how we expect our pages and our service to be used, and what you can expect from us in return.
They are written in plain words, because a rule you can follow at a glance is more useful than one buried in long sentences, and a calm, readable page is a better companion than a dense one.
Acceptable use
We expect you to use our pages in good faith. Some points sit with an offer or a step rather than with these terms.
| Topic | What applies | Where the rule lives |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome package | 40x wagering and a validity of 20 days | The terms of the offer itself |
| Bonus play | A maximum bet of €5 per spin or wager is usually applied while a bonus is active | The terms of the offer itself |
| First withdrawal | Identity verification is normally required, and the minimum withdrawal is €40 | The cashier and our support team |
| Sports welcome offer | Usually opt-in at the cashier, 15x wagering within 20 days, odds of 1.50 or more | The terms of the offer itself |
Beyond those points, treat the lobby like any shared space: play for yourself, keep your login to yourself and be straightforward in your dealings with our support team.
Limits to our responsibility
We aim to describe everything accurately, and we also want you to understand where our responsibility stops.
Information on our pages
Our pages give general information about games, bonuses and payments. Figures such as limits and timings can differ from one situation to the next, so treat them as a guide that explains the shape of the service and not as a guarantee for one specific transaction.
Your own decisions
What you play, how much you stake and when you stop are your decisions. We encourage you to set deposit limits and to take breaks, and we leave the call about spending to you.
Outside our control
Some things sit with other parties, such as your bank, your card provider, a blockchain network or your internet connection. Delays that start there are outside what we are able to speed up.
Age requirement
Gambling is for adults, and that principle shapes how we describe the service.
The 18+ notice
Our pages carry an 18+ notice. We ask that you take it as the minimum, and that you follow the legal age in your own country if it is higher.
Why it matters
An age rule protects young people and makes play a pastime for adults. If you are not of age, please leave the lobby alone and come back when you are.
Scope of these terms
These terms cover your use of our pages and the general way we deal with players. They sit beside the separate terms of each promotion, the privacy page and the cookie page, and they are meant to be read together with those documents.
